What is the ordering process? |
- We start the order by taking your basic information.
- We collect a deposit equal to half of the estimated order.
- Clients will then choose a layout and color scheme for the proposed website.
- If you did not previously purchase a domain name and/or web hosting, we will assist you in purchasing a domain name. If you wish to provide your own hosting account, there will be an upload fee of $25.00 added to your order.
- You may e-mail or mail information such as pictures and text needed to construct your website. All content must be provided in digital format (e-mail or CD). If we need to re-type text before it can be entered into the website, there will be an additional charge of $50.00 per page.
- If you have purchased a custom website or an e-commerce package, your site will be loaded to one of our temporary client servers upon completion, where you will view your site and make any necessary corrections (please note that some changes you decide upon may take your website beyond the scope of your original order and, thus, may require additional payment).
- Final payment is due at this time for all services.
- We will upload the completed website to your domain for internet access.

How long is the process? |
|
Most websites are usually completed within 3-4 weeks from the date we receive your last piece of content. However, E-Commerce websites, sites with custom designs, and sites with extensive content or features may take longer.
Additionally, rush orders are available on select packages for a charge. Rush services are $500, and cut your website completion time in half!

What is the process for changes after the completion of my site? |
Any additional changes are subject to charges and are configured according to our basic pricing guidelines. Please see our Services page for a list of our additional features pricing. Changes that affect the general site layout, or that require a re-design of any section(s) of your site may be subject to additional hourly charges. If you believe your changes are outside the scope of our Additional Features price list, please contact us for a custom quote.

What are other cost associated
with the design of my site? |
You might be responsible for website hosting and domain name charges. We offer web hosting and domain registration, transfers and renewals. After assessing your needs, we can offer you a quote that includes all of these charges so that you may budget for them accordingly.

Will I be able to find my site on search engines once it is complete? |
We do not offer search engine optimization services, but you can find affiliates online who can provide you with this service.

Will I be able to update or makes changes to my website? |
Yes! With our hosting packages, we offer a customized content management system. You will be able to access your site and make changes, add additional sub-pages, and maintain your site content, all from any PC with Internet access!
